Western Bay Consortia is a group of five organisations who have come together to bid collectively to fund specialist services around the theme of domestic abuse in the Swansea / Neath Port Talbot / Bridgend area.
Considerable progress has been made by partners to formalise our joint working arrangement, create a risk register and range of policies and procedures that cover joint working arrangements.
An important part of this process will be checking that all partners are sustainable and have all the necessary safeguards in place.
Each partner has been provided with a Due Diligence template to complete which we have done. We now wish to instruct an independent consultant to review each partners due diligence evidence and provide a brief report on each for the partnership with any recommendations for action.
This is not a full due diligence process as there are no plans to merge and collection and collation of data can be conducted remotely.
We recognise that this is a relatively small budget but seek to appoint consultants who:
- Have an understanding of the due diligence process
- Are able to review and interrogate information
- Can provide a clear overview of each partner with recommendation
- Can allocate resources to complete the work as soon as possible
Consultants will have an understanding of the Charity Sector and the principles of due diligence. Ideally they will have an understanding of domestic abuse but this is not essential.
You will be required to sign a confidentiality and non-disclosure commitment.
Cost for this work – £2,500 exclusive of VAT
