Introduction

The course is designed to enable Managers and Senior staff to create a framework to measure the performance of their organisation which is based on impact.

Content

The session examines Performance Accountability and starts with the end in mind. “What conditions do we want to achieve and what would success look like?”

  • The session examines external factors which will impact on performance including a PEST analysis
  • Participants then examine where their organisation is now and the reasons for the current situation

 

  1. How much did we do?
  2. How well did we do it?
  3. What is the impact?

 

Participants will work on their own organisation but share their ideas with others. 

 

Course suitable for:

CEO’s, Senior Managers, Directors, Trustees and Senior Management Teams
