"It was a good mix of presenters with a consistent message – great poetry! Empower [workshop] very useful advice and information; I came away with some new ideas. There wasn’t the information overload I often find at conferences. Catering was excellent (and donuts!) Very useful event. I came away with info and contacts I will use and follow up – great venue and facility! "

"Good range of exhibitors, very well turned out and enthusiastic! [Workshop] Results Based Accountability was excellent, extremely relevant, valuable content [and] delivered very well in an accessible and non-patronising way. The venue was great but best of all were the faultlessly friendly and endlessly helpful Empower staff. Thank you so much for an informative, well executed conference. A special thank you to Bev for all your help and letting me come and Lexi, for all your help and for making today much more fun!"

"I {Challenge Wales} had a debrief on the weekend with my colleagues who were at the exhibition last week and worked through all the enquiries and leads that we picked up. I would like to say that the exhibition was a fantastic opportunity for speaking to the organisations Challenge Wales can work in partnership with. Even though we had communicated with some of these groups before, being face to face with them, in one place, is always far more productive. We also didn’t expect the amount of positive response and comments to our charity and our attendance at the exhibition and people actively hunting us out to talk to us. Although a hardworking day it was definitely a worthwhile investment for us to attend."
