Background: Lorraine works as a teacher, trainer as well as the coordinator for volunteer schemes for business. She is also the Master trainer for Edward de Bono Thinking Tools.
What will you be looking for in our products? I am new in post and some of our Trustees are new to the organisation too. I am looking forward to testing the tool to ensure that I can support the Trustees in the most effective way I can. I am hoping that some of the activities will help with team development within the team who have management responsibilities.

Area: Rhondda Cynon Taff
Background: Esther qualified as a primary school teacher in 2001, however struggled to find a suitable position in her vocation. After gaining several IT qualifications she worked in system support in Bridgend Council and then became the Data Management Officer in Coleg Morgannwg. Following the birth of her third child Marcus, Esther left Coleg Morgannwg to pursue career in community work, working as the Volunteering Officer for Age Concern Neath Port Talbot for 4 months. Today Esther is enjoying working as ICT tutor in Penrhys Partnership "Big Click" project, encouraging and supporting people online and interacting more with technology.
What will you be looking for in our products? As I am new to the third sector, I have a lot to learn, particularly with regards to monitoring, evaluation and project management. I am looking for clear, easy to follow tuition which puts occasionally confusing concepts into an easy to understand format, that I can easily relate to my everyday work activities.
This week may well prove to be one of the busiest on record for yours truly - in terms of VAT speaking engagements and events – and the charity sector looms large in it!
